These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BlockGPT website at blockgpt.ai and our related tools and services (together, the "Service"), operated by BlockGPT ("BlockGPT", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You may create an account using an email and password or by signing in with a third-party provider such as Google or Discord. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@blockgpt.ai if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3. The Service

BlockGPT uses artificial intelligence to generate Minecraft structures, 3D models, schematic files, and related content based on the prompts and inputs you provide. Generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suited to your intended use, and may vary between users even for similar prompts. The Service is provided for use with Minecraft and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
Submit prompts or content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful;
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems, or interfere with or disrupt the Service;
Reverse engineer, scrape, or use automated means to access the Service except as expressly permitted;
Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our prior written permission; or
Circumvent usage limits, billing, or any access or security controls.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Plans and payment. The Service offers paid subscription plans and one-time purchases (such as additional build credits). Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout and may change from time to time.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (for example, weekly, monthly, or annually) at the then-current price until cancelled. Where an introductory offer applies (for example a discounted first period), your subscription will roll over to the standard recurring price after the introductory period unless you cancel.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you will generally retain access until the end of the current paid period.
Build credits and promo codes. Additional build credits and any bonus credits (including those granted through sponsor or promotional codes) are subject to the conditions under which they are offered, may expire, and have no cash value.
14-day money-back guarantee. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first purchase. If you request a refund within 14 days of your first payment, we will refund it in full, even if you have already generated builds or otherwise used the Service during that period. To request a refund, contact us at support@blockgpt.ai. After this 14-day period, payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory consumer protection laws, including consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Intellectual property

Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts and inputs you submit. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your active plan, you may use the builds, models, and files you generate with the Service, including in your own Minecraft worlds and projects. You grant BlockGPT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display your prompts and generated content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service, and — for content you make public (for example in the public gallery) — to display it to other users.

Our content

The Service itself, including our software, branding, logos, and website content, is owned by BlockGPT or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or content without our prior written permission.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (including Supabase, Stripe, Discord, and analytics providers) and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of their services may be subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that generated output will meet your requirements. This section does not exclude any guarantees, warranties, or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlockGPT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of the Service. To the extent our liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or (where the law permits) the resupply of the relevant service.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlockGPT from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required to protect the Service or other users, or as otherwise permitted by law. On termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will end, though sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will continue to apply.

12. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may modify or discontinue features of the Service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your place of residence.
