Get help with the BlockGPT website and ChatGPT plugin, generated builds, downloads, accounts, subscriptions and build credits.

Contact us

Email support@blockgpt.ai. Include your account email, what you were trying to do, and any error message. If the issue concerns a build, include its BlockGPT page link. Never send your password, access tokens or payment card details.

Using BlockGPT in ChatGPT

Connect your BlockGPT account, then ask for a build from a description or a publicly accessible image URL. You can choose size, a preset or custom block palette, and a supported export format. Generation uses your account's existing allowance or credits.

When your build finishes, open the returned View build link to see it on BlockGPT, or use Download schematic to get the file. If it is still generating, ask ChatGPT to check the same build again. Background notifications depend on the ChatGPT host.

Downloads and importing

The plugin supports .schem, .litematic and legacy .schematic exports. See our import guide for using downloaded builds. The plugin creates files; it does not join your server or place blocks in your world.
