The Hi Piotrkowska complex is a modern mixed-use high-rise development located in the very center of Łódź, along Piotrkowska Street, one of the longest pedestrian commercial streets in Europe. The project consists of a group of interconnected buildings that combine office, hotel, and residential functions, forming a contemporary architectural landmark that contrasts and at the same time harmonizes with the historic tenement houses surrounding it.
