Redesign and expand the existing floating island Astral Observatory hub while preserving the central observatory building and cosmic portal ring. The central observatory tower should remain the focal point of the entire structure. Use the radial island layout shown in the reference image as inspiration for the surrounding districts. Create a large circular floating island approximately 320 blocks wide. In the center place the Astral Observatory tower with a large staircase leading upward. Above the tower keep the cosmic portal ring made from amethyst blocks, sea lanterns, and stained glass. Around the observatory create 6 to 8 radial districts arranged in a circular pattern similar to a wheel. Each district should be connected to the central observatory by wide celestial bridges.
