Recreate the building in the reference image faithfully. TARGET EXTERIOR WIDTH: approximately 76 blocks. TARGET HEIGHT: approximately 50–55 blocks. Keep the proportions and appearance of the reference image while scaling all architectural details to fit within approximately those dimensions. IMPORTANT: I have an existing build that is 60 blocks wide × 74 blocks deep that this structure needs to surround. The new structure therefore needs enough interior room for that footprint, but do not massively oversize the exterior just to create empty clearance. Keep exterior walls and facade detailing relatively close to the existing structure. Use the uploaded image as the PRIMARY reference. Preserve the recognizable front design: symmetrical stepped silhouette, taller central section, large re
