Modern educational building shell, no interior rooms, rotated 30-40 degrees off axis. Use only bricks and brick stairs/slabs for all walls and retaining edges, no other block types. One corner: solid brick block with a rectangular tunnel entrance archway through its base. Rest of roof: grid of small stepped square terraces, brick retaining walls, grass block tops only, stepping down moving away from the solid block, cascading to near ground level at the far corner. Several terrace cells are deeper courtyard voids with a single oak tree inside. Shell exterior only, no interior floors or furnishings.
