Modern educational building shell, no interior rooms, 55x45 blocks, rotated 30-40 degrees off axis. Use primarily bricks and brick stairs/slabs for all walls and retaining edges. One corner: solid brick block, 3 stories/16 blocks tall, with a rectangular tunnel entrance archway through its base. Rest of roof: grid of small stepped square terraces, 4x4 blocks each, brick retaining walls, grass block tops only, stepping down 2 blocks per row moving away from the solid block, cascading to near ground level at the far corner. 4-5 terrace cells are deeper courtyard voids with a single oak tree inside. Shell exterior only, no interior floors or furnishings.
