Modern educational building shell, no interior rooms, 110x90 blocks, rotated 30-40 degrees off axis. One corner: solid brick block, 5 stories/30 blocks tall, with a rectangular tunnel entrance archway through its base. Rest of roof: grid of small stepped square terraces, 6x6 blocks each, brick retaining walls, grass tops, stepping down 3-4 blocks per row moving away from the solid block, cascading to near ground level at the far corner. 8-10 terrace cells are deeper courtyard voids with a tree inside. Shell exterior only, no interior floors or furnishings.
