Central Nether portal only 5x4 blocks, inside a ruined stone arch 8-10 blocks tall. The word VALORIA is fully visible above the portal and never cropped or cut off. Dense detailed environment with many small structures, paths, lanterns, quest boards and shops. No giant castle. No oversized hub. No massive empty plaza. No exaggerated fantasy scale.
