The repeated features I’d carry into your outpost are white plaster walls, stone foundations, exposed dark timber, extremely steep roofs, narrow towers, asymmetrical rooflines, small windows, projecting upper floors, and a little bit of fortified walling. The Ottonein examples especially have that “real historical structure translated into Minecraft” look.
