It’s the Tower of Babel. In the center is a huge, monumental tower rising in stacked tiers. The structure gets narrower as it goes up, and each level is wrapped by a broad spiraling ramp that winds continuously around the outside from the base toward the top. The walls are covered in rows of tall, narrow arches and columns, giving it the look of a massive ancient stone monument. At the summit is a smaller circular upper section, and on the very top stands a tiny human figure or statue.
