Italian/Mediterranean coastal village: cathedral square as the landmark, partial ruined walls around the old hilltop town, cliffs facing the open sea on one side with a gentle beach/harbor on the sheltered side. I'll place the harbor east, the hilltop old-town/cathedral west toward the cliffs, with the village spreading between them along a winding road, plus farmland terraces and scattered cypress/olive trees on the slopes.
