i was thinking that you have the collessum in the middle not like insanly high walls and then you have ewhat we had in the angel base with the building(still roman style) around the collesum in a circle with a path around them so people in them can have their own home and have a view of the collessum and rest of the houses. then have a way to get down to the collessum if needed
