I want a cyberpunk style city with skyscrapers and some other smaller buildings, all built around this massive tower as my base. It should be 250 blocks tall and 60-80 blocks wide at the base, dark modern aesthetic. The tower is made of black concrete, gray concrete, and other blocks to texturize such as chiseled deepslate. The shape is angular and asymmetric with multiple rectangular sections stacked and offset from each other, stepping inward as it goes up. Large flat panel windows made of dark gray stained glass. sea lanterns running along the edges of the building. Rooftop has antenna spires made of iron bars and lightning rods, with satellite dishes and mechanical details. The base has a wide industrial entrance with iron doors and chain details.
