I want a 200x200 circular void them...

I want a 200x200 circular void themed villager hall, i want the cirlce to be divided into 4 wings. The wings have to like broken and held together by a bridge. I want ONE of the wings to have a water stream in the middle going into a shulker loader for emeralds. In the middle of the circle i want a nice void dragon coming in through the circle. Remember i'm building this over the void. I want the floor to be made of a transulcent block where i can see through to see the void. I also want each wing to carry up to 100 villagers.
