I have a gamemode called "Cookies", it consists of 4 teams and every team has a spawn, a tower (which is a 3x3x12 area of brick blocks) with the edges that protect the brick blocks made out of a different material like wood (but it must be accessible by air on the sides). The 4 teams are aligned around a center area in 90 degree spaces, the center contains 4 gold blocks in the floor (1 for each team) in the direction of each team. The map should be mostly made out of wood and grass, each team also needs some kind of house made of wood, cobblestone, fences and similar blocks. It is important that the map is mostly flat because each team needs a lot of space. Every team needs a space in a circular radius of at least 20 blocks, the center must be at least 30x30 blocks in size.
