Design a massive wizard tower total height of 150 blocks, the body of the tower consists of 3 sections taperingnin by 1 block each time each one consisting of 25 block heights. The top come up into a steep cone totaling 25 blocks in height with a 5 block wide overhang. The base building is 25 block in height to meet the bottom ring. The base building shape matches more of a cathedral look instead of the round tower shape of the rest of the tower.
