Dense Caribbean colonial town built on a cliffside and shoreline. Tightly packed multi-story buildings — taverns, merchant houses, warehouses — cascading down toward the water. Crowded narrow streets, market stalls, barrels and crates everywhere. Town is the focus, with a harbor and wooden docks at the base. Two or three ships visible at the docks. Dark oak and stone construction, weathered and chaotic. Built into uneven terrain, no flat grid. Think a full settlement, not just a dock.
