Create ONE small modular underwater...

Create ONE small modular underwater sci-fi tunnel segment for Minecraft. Maximum size: 15 blocks long, 9 blocks wide, and 9 blocks tall. DO NOT exceed these dimensions. Make the tunnel a rounded/cylindrical corridor with an interior walkway about 3 blocks wide. Use a white/light-gray frame with cyan or clear glass windows on both sides. Add curved structural ribs around the tunnel every few blocks and subtle sea-lantern lighting. Both ends must have identical circular connector openings so copies of this exact segment can connect seamlessly end-to-end. Keep the design compact, simple, and survival-base sized. No giant exterior shell, no huge platform, no large foundation, no extra rooms, and no structure wider than 9 blocks. Build only the tunnel segment.
