Create a massive 200×200 Minecraft mega-base designed as a personal player hub/plot that feels like a fully realized Japanese cyberpunk city, NOT a generic Minecraft server spawn and NOT a single giant house. The overall theme should combine Japanese punk / Neo-Tokyo architecture with Cyberpunk 2077-style futuristic industrial design. The build should feel like a place where players teleport to my plot, walk around, explore, admire the architecture, visit my shops, and discover different functional districts.
