Build fortified outer castle walls around the full area with 4 large corner towers and a large central gatehouse at the front. In the middle, build a decent-sized main castle/keep with multiple towers and one taller central tower. Make it impressive, but leave enough open courtyard space around it so the build does not feel cramped.
