Create a highly detailed 100×100 Minecraft survival mega-base and player hub inspired by Japanese punk, Neo-Tokyo and Cyberpunk 2077. The build should NOT look like a generic Minecraft server spawn, a single giant house, or a simple collection of buildings. It should feel like a compact futuristic Japanese cyberpunk city that is my personal mega-base. Players should be able to teleport into the center, walk around the streets, enter buildings, visit shops, see farms, explore the underground facilities and admire the architecture.
