Create a dark steam-punk broken tower first floor for Minecraft RPG map. 15x15x8 size, cracked obsidian and soul sand base, floating rusted metal platforms connected by steam pipes and gears. Add broken chains hanging from ceiling, glowing soul lanterns, small steam vents on floor that can be used for particle effects later. Central broken spiral staircase going up (but blocked).
