Sidewalks 78x3 on BOTH sides of street. West edge: wall 62 long x6 high; keep a 6-wide lane between wall and depot. SE: fenced lot 22x18, fence h=3, inset 4 from EAST and 4 from SOUTH; gate 2-wide on WEST fence. Make a 4-wide alley path connecting depot east side -> gate area -> south sidewalk.
