Build a large oblate spheroid dome, 60 blocks wide and 30 blocks tall (about 2:1 ratio), partially sunken into an ice platform. The hull is made of light blue and light gray concrete with thin white quartz lines running from the top down to the base like segmented panels. Add 3 horizontal rings of oval black glass windows, larger around the middle. Add a thick horizontal pipe wrapping around the middle of the dome, and a small dark hatch on top. Next to the building, place two tall black towers topped with spiked spheres made from blackstone and spikes pointing outward. Add a cluster of dark curved spikes sticking out of one side as a tail. Surround it with an ice platform made of packed ice, blue ice, and snow blocks with a jagged cliff edge, and water around it.
