STRICT PALETTE: use ONLY the quartz family as the main material — smooth quartz for walls, quartz bricks for trim, quartz pillar (vertical) for columns, chiseled quartz for accents, quartz stairs and slabs for steps, cornices and roof edges. Allowed accents ONLY, used sparingly on doors and details: gold blocks and polished blackstone. Windows: light gray glass panes.
