A small Japanese-style merchant house made of dark oak, spruce, and stone. The building is two floors tall with a narrow, tall shape. The first floor has sliding paper-style windows using white stained glass and trapdoors. A small wooden balcony wraps around the second floor. The roof is made of dark prismarine or deep slate tiles with a curved, traditional Japanese shape. Lanterns hang from the roof corners, and banners decorate the front. The interior should be empty.
