A slim, near-vertical rock column with a modern city block sitting on top — as if a square chunk of a real city was cut out of the ground and lifted onto a sea stack. MASSING Total footprint about 80x80. Total height about 90 blocks. The lower 50 blocks are the column: steep and almost vertical, roughly 60x60 at the top, tapering slightly inward toward the base. Not a cone, not a traditional mountain — a mesa or sea stack. Break the silhouette with vertical fracture lines, narrow ledges, two or three overhangs, small outcrops and a scatter of loose boulders at the base. No smooth faces and no perfect square corners. On top, a flat plateau carrying one dense city block, about 56x56, with exposed cliff edge visible on all four sides. The city's foundations, retaining walls and cut concrete
