"A large, modern, two-story institutional building, shaped like a wide 'V' or crescent moon. The facade is a horizontally striped pattern of red bricks and smooth white concrete (quartz blocks). The building is extremely long, featuring continuous rows of large rectangular glass windows on both the ground and first floors. In the center of the building, at the inner vertex of the 'V' shape, is the main entrance. The entrance area is deeply recessed, completely made of glass panels from top to bottom, and is supported by tall red circular pillars (red terracotta). Directly above the central entrance, on the flat dark roof, there is a small glass pyramid skylight. The building is surrounded by a paved courtyard with trees."
