A Dutch-styled building, using examples from Amsterdam or The Hague, based on a 19x25 block footprint. The first floor should be distinct, using a lighter colored palette, based on pale oak wood. It should be a business of some sort. The next 3 floors should be residential, easy with a minimum height of 5 blocks. The south facing wall should be blank, as it is a party wall. The primary palette of the building should be brick and other semi-red blocks like granite, and the roof MUST be made of deepslate tiles.
