2-floor industrial tech base, 45x31 blocks, rectangular, symmetrical, simple survival-friendly shapes. Walls stone bricks, iron block pillars every 6 blocks, glass pane windows between them, floors polished deepslate and smooth stone, ceilings smooth stone with sea lanterns, roof smooth stone slabs. Entrance centered front, 5x5 iron framed, double iron doors, 3 step staircase. Each floor: central corridor 5 wide front to back, 3 rooms each side, every room 19x9 with stone brick walls and a 3 wide open doorway. All 12 rooms completely empty, flat floors, no furniture or decoration. Stairs at back of corridor to floor 2 and to roof. Roof flat with iron bar railing. Vanilla blocks only. No redstone. Keep it repetitive and easy to build.
