Create ONLY a massive circular Roman/Greek pavilion with a huge open dome. Do not build an underground pit or anything below ground. Make the pavilion approximately 120 blocks in outer diameter and perfectly circular and symmetrical. Build 24 enormous Roman columns, evenly spaced around the full circle. The columns should be tall, thick and highly detailed, made primarily from smooth quartz, quartz pillars, quartz bricks, chiseled quartz, quartz stairs and quartz slabs. Each column should have a large decorative Roman base, a thick vertical shaft and an ornate capital at the top.
