Create a massive top-down fantasy city map built as a perfect circular metropolis in the middle of a vast desert. The entire city should be Gothic, with enormous black-stone buildings, towering cathedral spires, gothic arches, narrow streets, huge walls, gates, bridges, canals, markets, residential districts, military districts, gardens, docks, and industrial areas arranged in concentric rings. The entire central circle must be completely empty—no castle, buildings, towers, trees, roads, or structures inside it—just a gigantic flat expanse of golden desert sand. The city should form a dense Gothic ring completely around this empty center, with major roads radiating outward from the center toward the outer districts and four enormous gates at the north, south, east, and west.
