I want a coastal village style home...

I want a coastal village style home with Viking influence built roughly to the dimensions in the supplied reference image. I want the primary blocks of this build to be with spruce wood, as well has cobblestone and oak wood accents. I want it to be two stories tall. Also on each story, it must be at LEAST 3 blocks high if not higher. No two block high ceilings.
