I want a city that is historically ...

I want a city that is historically accurate from Italy in 300bc, I don't want something big and fancy like rome, this should be a simple semi poor little town. The center should be a 1 building fort that looks nice, but you can use to defend. Then there should be dense housing everywhere around the city, it shouldn't look rich but should also look good. Every building needs an interior that is historically accurate. I also want a market thrown in as well as a temple.
